Conditions of Contract
The City has established general conditions of contract for various types of contracts. These conditions will be applied to the relevant quotations or tenders issued by the City from time to time.
All conditions have contract specific information which will be applied to the different quotations or tenders issued. Please contact the City if the contract specific information is not provided.
The City also has terms and conditions for construction only and design and construction work, as these conditions vary with every project. A full set of these conditions will be issued with each quotation or tender issued.
