Gosnells Business Incubator
Business start-ups are invited to inquire about our Gosnells Business Incubator which offers office space in The Agonis Building in the heart of Gosnells.
The 35 offices are available for a reasonable monthly rent, with no long-term lease commitments, and located near the train and bus stations.
Office space, meeting rooms and training rooms can also be hired by the hour.
The Incubator is managed on the City’s behalf by Business Station, which has offices on site.

The City organises a very popular series of business networking events - the BiG Events. These feature a different host and venue each time, giving an insight into some of our most vibrant businesses. Watch this website, our local newspaper and the City's free Business Update e-newsletter for details of the next BiG Event and other local business networking opportunities.
Get Your Business Noticed
We can help you get your business noticed by more people. The City's Economic Development team do all the hard work for you -- all the administration, registering and organising. All you need to do is provide the venue, light refreshments and 3 hours of your time. We do the rest.
