A Justice of the Peace is available at the following City of Gosnells libraries. Please check the linked pages for dates.

Bookings are not required. Please ask library staff for a numbered token on arrival.

Please note: The Justice of the Peace service is provided free of charge to the community. JPs will accept no more than 20 pages per applicant.

Library staff are unable to act as witnesses for documents. If your document requires a second witness, please bring your own to the session.

JPs work on a voluntary basis so will sometimes be unavailable. Session details will be updated when possible.
