Yoga has been shown to increase strength and balance, and help reduce the risk of falls. Chair Yoga uses a chair for stability to achieve the yoga poses while having the same health benefits. Added benefits include flexibility, reduced stress and social interaction.

Facilitated by an accredited Yoga instructor, Chair Yoga is a fun and gentle way to achieve great health results. 


Program days and times:

Mondays 11am – 12pm.

Wednesdays 10.45am – 11.45am.

Thursdays 10am - 11am.

This program is open to City of Gosnells residents aged 55+.

This is a drop-in class with payment accepted 30 minutes prior to class commencement. Payments taken up to class capacity each week. Payments by Cash or Card.

Morning tea available from half an hour before class commencement.
