Each week explores a different topic, with opportunities to:
• Meet other parents and carers
• Hear from inspiring guest speakers
• Share stories and experiences
Join the sessions that interest you most or come along to them all — whatever fits your schedule. Connect with other parents, learn something new, and share the stories of your parenting journey.

This practical and interactive one-hour workshop supports parents of young children to build a calmer, more connected parenting experience from the start. It introduces parents to mindful parenting strategies they can use immediately in the home.

Parent Self-Care with Communicare: Wednesday 16 September
Parental self-compassion and self-care have a strong influence on child development. Parents who are kind to themselves and take time to relax and recharge have better health and wellbeing, are more confident in their parenting, and have more positive interactions with their children.
