How to request an amendment
All requests must be submitted in writing. Amendments can be made via:
- Online Form: Direct Debit Amendment Form
- Email: info@gosnells.wa.gov.au
- In Person: During standard business hours at the City of Gosnells Civic Centre, Gosnells
Please note: Direct debit details cannot be amended over the phone.
What you will need to provide
To ensure your request can be processed, please include:
- Your property address
- Updated bank account details (if amending bank details)
Processing time
Amendments require a minimum of four (4) business days’ notice prior to the next scheduled direct debit drawing.
Requests received within this timeframe will be processed within four (4) business days.
