The draft Kenwick South Development Contribution Plan Report (DCPR) was adopted by Council on an interim basis at its Ordinary Council Meeting of 28 February 2017 (Item 13.2.5) – see link below.  It should be noted, the current 2017 DCPR is a draft document and the figures quoted for contributions are currently under review and should not be considered final.  Prior to final adoption of the DCPR the City will require developing landowners to enter into a legal agreement to pay future final contributions and interim contributions based on the most current draft DCPR with loadings and a caveat over the subject site.  Until finally adopted contribution figures are available, developing landowners should be cautious in relying upon interim figures and apply appropriate contingencies to any proposed subdivision or development project to account for this uncertainty.
