Join the Creative Kids adventure – where art and craft sparks imagination and joy!

Each week, dive into exciting, themed activities and crafty adventures. This program helps children build confidence and develop social skills such as sharing. They'll also learn to use a variety of craft tools like scissors and paintbrushes, all while unleashing their creativity. It’s a fantastic way for you and your child to bond and explore new skills together!
 

Program Specifics and Requirements 

   🎨 This program is tailored for children aged 5 - 8 years. Children in this age range are eligible to register for this program.

   🎨 Parents are to remain for the entirety of the program to participate and supervise their children. 

   🎨 We understand parents may be required to care for more than one child. As such, no fees apply to children in prams who require care by the supervising adult attending the program.  

Creative Kids Days and Times

All Youth and Families programs do not operate on Western Australian public holidays, as listed on the Government of Western Australia's website.

Creative Kids: School Terms

The 'Creative Kids' and 'Creative Older Kids' programs run for 8-9 weeks during the school term, with all classes being held at Huntingdale Community Centre, Huntingdale. 

Creative Kids does not operate during the school holidays. 

Specialised activities are often organised during the school holidays. These activities are often listed in the Creative Kids program page and advertised on our City of Gosnells Children and Families Facebook page.

Enrolling your child into a Creative Kids class

Below are the steps involved in registering your child into a class. Please ensure care is taken in ensuring the class you are registering your child into suits you and your child. 

1. Review our Cancellation Policy before proceeding to registering your child. 
2. Register for an online Bookable account and register your child (by clicking on the button below).

Don't feel this class is suited for your child? You may want to consider enrolling into the Creative Kids (2-4 years) class. 

Additional Information

Health and Safety Measures at our Programs 

• Hand sanitiser will be available at each session.
• Please do not attend the program if you or your child are unwell.
• To ensure the health and wellbeing of families and staff, limits may apply to the number of participants allowed in a building.

Short-Notice Changes to Programs/Events (including Cancellations)

Facilitators schedule these much-loved programs in advance. In the event of unexpected circumstances, such as inclement weather or illness, scheduled programs may be subject to alteration or postponement at short notice.
