Song Writing with Conor Lawson

Bring your stories to life through music at Ignite's Song Writing with Conor Lawson workshop. Catering for complete beginners or those already writing their own lyrics, this workshop will guide participants through the essentials of turning ideas into powerful songs. Participants will learn about melody, structure, and lyric writing in a supportive, collaborative environment under the guidance of Perth based writer/producer  Conor Lawson.

 

Workshop specifics and registration requirements

  🎤  Participants aged 10 - 25 years are eligible to register for this workshop. Those who do not meet this registration requirement will have their enrolment cancelled. 

 🎤  All equipment and supplies for this workshop are provided. A love for music and a spark of creativity is all that is required. 

 🎤  While not required, participants are welcome to bring their musical instruments with them. Participants will be entirely responsibility for ensuring its safe keeping. The City of Gosnells accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage incurred by a participant's musical instrument. 

 🎤  Participants are encouraged to BYO lunch.
