Emerging Artist Karthik Preyeswary exhibition "Monsoon to Bushland" captures the interplay of human emotions and contemplatively stares into the vastness of space when people move from one place to others. This collection captures the internal landscapes of individuals as they gaze outward reflecting a journey from the land of Monsoons' emotional storm to expansive calm of bushland.Â

About the Artist:
I’m a local artist from Huntingdale, and my work focuses on the themes of migration and the journey of finding new places to call home. I love drawing abstract and doodle art that expresses the emotions people feel when they move from one place to another, experiencing life in a new and unfamiliar way.
My art captures the essence of these transitions, showing both the challenges and the beauty of starting over in a new land. Through my drawings, I aim to tell the stories of people adapting to change and discovering new beginnings, offering a glimpse into the powerful experience of making a fresh start.
