Candles, Cupcakes and Calm Workshop

Grab your friends and come spend a relaxing day with us!

Participants will start the day in a creative way with a candle-making session. It's a fun, hands-on activity where they'll learn how to create their own candle and choose a scent they love to take home. The creative experiences continue with baking and decorating cupcakes, as participants have the opportunity to add their own personal touches to their edible creations, which they can enjoy after lunch together or take them home to share. To wrap up the day, we'll slow things down with gentle yoga and deep relaxation, which includes easy stretches and a guided meditation to help participants unwind, recharge and feel calm.

The Social Sisters: Candles, Cupcakes and Calm workshop is a time to nurture yourself, build connections while getting creative and simply enjoy being in a positive space with others.
