Tax Help Sessions at the Gosnells Knowledge Centre

Need help completing your tax return?

Starting in late July, the Gosnells Knowledge Centre will provide free weekly Tax Help sessions. Meet with a volunteer taxation expert from the ATO, who will help you complete your individual tax return.

To be eligible for a Tax Help session, you must have:

• No ABN
• Less than $60,000 in annual income
• No investment properties

You should also check with the Tax Office to see if you are eligible.

You must register with MyGov before your appointment, and bring your MyGov user ID and password to the appointment.

Sessions are only 30 minutes long, so please come with all relevant information prepared. This includes your bank details, email address, your tax assessment from last year, and any details of taxable income for spouses (married or defacto). Couples wishing to do their tax returns together must still book separate appointments.

Our Tax Help volunteer will be at the Library from 10am to 12pm every Saturday (except August 24th).
