In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week, the City of Gosnells is hosting a series of free workshops focused on supporting the mental health of our community. These sessions offer practical, evidence-based tools to support wellbeing, improve mental health literacy, and reduce stigma around mental illness. Designed for adults, the workshops encourage open conversation, social connection, and early interventionโempowering participants to care for themselves and support others.
