Creative Calm: Mindful Art
WORKSHOP
Looking for a relaxing and uplifting way to get creative?
Step away from the busyness of everyday life and treat yourself to a calm, creative experience designed to help you recharge.
Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly mindful art session where the focus is on enjoyment, self-expression, and embracing the positives.
Guided in a supportive environment, you’ll be encouraged to slow down, reflect, and explore your creativity at your own pace.
During the workshop, you’ll create your own unique painting inspired by the prompt: “Paint your favourite thing about yourself.”
Whether it’s a personal strength, a special quality, or something you truly value about who you are, this is your chance to look inward, celebrate your individuality, and bring those thoughts to life in a meaningful and creative way.
No pressure and no experience needed — just a welcoming, judgement‑free space where you can relax, have a laugh, connect with others, and enjoy the simple joy of creating
