Cancellations
To cancel your membership please visit “My Dashboard” via the online portal https://cog.jonasleisure.com.au/ or email leisurew@gosnells.wa.gov.au
Cancellations require three days’ notice. As per Terms and Conditions the City is not obliged to refund any portion of the members fees. No money will be refunded for direct debits that have already occurred.

A date range must be provided and cannot be backdated. Non-medical holds cannot exceed two months on 12-month upfront memberships.
