You can drive, walk, cycle or use public transport. There will be limited parking in Harmony Fields complex.
To ensure travellers avoid congestion, we encourage folks to consider hitching a ride via public transport, walk, ride or rideshare. The nearest bus stop for access is on Dellar Rd or Westfield Street after Alcock Street, catching the 229 Bus.

How much does it cost?
Entry to Hoedown at Harmony is free to enter and enjoy. All rides and activities are free for everyone to enjoy.
Are there any rides or activities that have limits?
The pony rides have a height and weight limit for kids to ride. It is not based on age. If you are unsure whether your child/ children are permitted to ride before queuing, please check with the staff at the pony ride activity.
What happens if it’s raining?
The event will still go ahead if it’s raining unless there are severe weather warnings that will compromise the safety of the event. Check our website or Facebook page for any updates regarding cancellation. And check the weather before you head to the event to make sure you’re dressed appropriately. If it’s raining, pack a poncho or raincoat!
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not permitted at Hoedown at Harmony unless they are assistance animals.

How can I get involved if I am a performer/artist?
Expressions of interest from performers for Hoedown at Harmony have now closed, however the City of Gosnells hosts an array of events throughout the year. Applications can be submitted via our website.
Are there accessible facilities?
Please be mindful that this is an outdoor event on grassed areas so there may be uneven surfaces. There are ACROD parking bays at Harmony Fields for ACROD cardholders.
How loud will it be?
There will be live music performed between 5pm and 9pm. All volume levels will comply with local government regulations and will be monitored to ensure compliance.
What items are prohibited?
Items prohibited at the event include:
- Alcohol and illicit substances of any kind;
- Glass bottles, glassware or breakable containers;
- Drones or any other remote-controlled devices;
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards or skates;
- Animals (excluding service animals);
- Barbecues or shade structures;
- Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile;
- Knives or scissors;
- Fireworks, sparklers or flares;
- Laser pointers;
- Cameras and recording devices for commercial use (unless prior approved by Council)
- Other items deemed by security, police or event coordinators as having potential to cause injury or public nuisance.
Lost property
All lost property will be stored at the onsite information kiosk during the event. Unclaimed lost property will be taken to the City of Gosnells Civic Centre building at 2120 Albany Highway, Gosnells, and held for seven days.
