Welcome to NAIDOC Week 2025

The Next Generation: Strength, Vision and Legacy

2025 marks an extraordinary milestone—50 years of NAIDOC Week—half a century of honouring and elevating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices, culture, and resilience. This year’s theme, “The Next Generation: Strength, Vision and Legacy,” speaks to the powerful continuum of connection between our ancestors, our communities today, and the leaders of tomorrow.

Celebrate With Us

NAIDOC Week 2025 will feature a host of events, programs, and workshops held across the City of Gosnells—offering opportunities for learning, celebration, and connection for all Australians.

The week will officially commence with the Annual Flag Raising Ceremony on Monday 7 July, a moment of unity that sets the tone for the celebrations to follow. Enjoy the art exhibition or join a cultural workshop or live performance—there’s something for everyone to engage with and be inspired by.
