WA Languages Week

Konnichiwa! 

The City of Gosnells Library Services will celebrate WA Languages Week from Saturday 1 August to Saturday 8 August 2026.

Come along and listen to a story read in Japanese by our wonderful City of Gosnells staff member Yumiko, then take part in a craft activity.

🕞Time: 9.30am – 10.30am

📍Location: Amherst Village Library

👧Ages: 3 – 5 years

💰Cost: Free

🎟️Bookings: No bookings required

🌟Parents please note that all children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all library programs and events.

🌟Participants must meet the advertised age requirements.

Both novice and native speakers are welcome.
