The biggest community celebration in the City of Gosnells, the Fusion Food and Culture Festival, is on this Friday 10 November and Saturday 11 November at Mills Park in Beckenham.

Close to 30,000 people will come together to celebrate diversity with live performances across two stages, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display each night.

This year, Fusion will feature the Western Australian debut of The Guardian, a 10-metre-long and four-metre-high glowing crystal lion, which will move through the crowds with the help of a team of eight puppeteers and special effects.

There will also be more than 40 food trucks cooking up a storm of foods from around the globe, multicultural displays, arts and crafts, traditional costumes, roving performers, carnival rides, free youth and children’s activities and much more.

Parking is limited, so a free shuttle bus will operate from Beckenham Train Station and Maddington Central shopping centre.
