Participants will discover how to identify factors that influence their spending decisions and assess their personal motivations and potential blind spots. Participants then create a framework for how to manage spending and saving while meeting their needs. 

Based on insights obtained from an exciting game, participants will create a basic self-care financial budget that balances meeting their current expenses while providing for a future goal.
