Get ready for glitz and glamour at the Don Russell Performing Arts Centre, with a dazzling, high-energy tribute to the iconic film Priscilla Queen of the Desert, set to be performed at the Thornlie venue on Friday 31 October and Saturday 1 November. 

Hosted by the star of Priscilla the Musical Dean Misdale, Dragged Through The Desert blends drag performances with stunning costumes and unforgettable music, resulting in a celebration of self-expression, resilience and pride. 

City of Gosnells Mayor Terresa Lynes said the performance promised to be vibrant and joyful. 

“Whether you’re a long-time fan of Priscilla Queen of the Desert, or if you’re new to the genre, get ready to laugh and cheer at Dragged Through The Desert,” she said. 

“This humour-filled performance is all about identify, diversity and being true to yourself.”
