Connect with others in the City of Gosnells’ diverse multicultural community, with Multicultural Meet and Greet events.

Dates for Multicultural Meet and Greet sessions in 2025 have been set, with the first coming up on Wednesday 5 March, from 5.30pm to 8pm at Connect@Kenwick.

Mayor Terresa Lynes said the sessions had been highly successful in connecting people and organisations, and the City was very pleased to offer them again in 2025.

“Multicultural Meet and Greet offers an informal networking opportunity for local cultural groups and service providers to build relationships and explore opportunities to collaborate,” she said.

“Whether you are part of a cultural group, leader in your community, a service provider, or representing a non-profit or government organisation, Multicultural Meet and Greet can help put you in touch with the people you need to know.”

Almost 44 per cent of people living in the City were born overseas, with more than 35 per cent of people speaking a language other than English at home, making the City of Gosnells one of the most culturally diverse areas in greater Perth.

Further sessions will be held on Thursday 5 June, Wednesday 3 September and Thursday 4 December, all at Connect@Kenwick, 84 Kenwick Road, Kenwick.
