The City of Gosnells is bringing music from some of rock’s most theatrical and adored stars to Centennial Pioneer Park Amphitheatre with its Rock Opera outdoor concert next month.

Warm up your vocal cords and get ready to rock out at this free event from 5pm to 9pm on Saturday 15 February, featuring tributes to the best of Elton John, David Bowie and Queen.

Mayor Terresa Lynes said tickets will be released on Friday 17 January but numbers are strictly limited and tickets are expected to book out quickly.

“Rock Opera will bring the City of Gosnells community together under the stars for a night celebrating fun and fantastic music,” she said.

“Classic songs by some of rock’s most gifted performers will have everyone dancing and singing along, so it promises to be a great night for everyone.

“There will also be a licensed 18+ area, so remember your ID if you’d like a drink while enjoying the show.”

Tickets to Rock Opera, which is sponsored by Lotterywest, are essential and strictly limited to four per person.

Bring along a rug or chair to watch the show in comfort and pack a picnic or buy something to eat from a range of food trucks.

Rock Opera is a smoke and vape free event. Food and drinks will be available to purchase at the event.
